Dorothy is originally from Lachute, Quebec but has spent most of her life in the Vankleek Hill area.

She attended St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario where she obtained her Fine Arts Diploma.

Dorothy loves photography and works out of her studio called "The Black Tulip," in Vankleek Hill. She specializes in the process of hand colouring.

She is a proud member of the Alexandria Women's Entrepreneurs and the Vankleek Hill Business and Merchant Association.

Dorothy finds meeting new clients and learning about their businesses and unique products one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. Travelling in and around Glengarry's beautiful country side (and sometimes capturing beautiful landscapes with her camera) is definitely a perk too.
