Beau's All-Natural Brewery took home another set of valued awards on Saturday, August 21, as the winners of the 2010 Golden Tap Awards were announced that evening in Toronto.

The Golden Tap Awards represent the best in beer and brewing across the province, and winners are selected by the general beer-drinking public, through online voting.

That same public selected Beau's as the "Best Microbrewery in Ontario," while the Vankleek Hill-based brewery's Lug Tread Lagered Ale was also chosen as the "Best Regularly-Produced Beer in Ontario."

Beau's All-Natural Brewery, owned by Steve and Tim Beauchesne, produces Lug Tread year-round, in addition to a number of seasonal and special beers.

"We are very proud and humbled to say that we took home the awards for best year-round beer and best microbrewery in Ontario," the family-run company announced last week. "We are so lucky to be part of an awesome beer scene here in Ontario, congratulations to all the winners and thanks to all of you who voted for us!"

The brewery is currently in the process of planning its second edition of Oktoberfest, which takes place this year at the Vankleek Hill Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3. The brewery is selling 3,500 tickets for each day, and is brewing several beers in anticipation for the event.
