Breaking: Two men charged with assault, sexual exploitation of three mentally-challenged adults

"On May 7, 2009, Russell County OPP Crime unit investigated several incidents of assaults on 3 mentally challenged adults by two social workers of PRSCA (Services for children and adults of Prescott and Russell). The 3 victims were residents of a home of PRSCA in the City of Rockland. The Director of Services of PRSCA reported the incidents to the OPP.
Investigation revealed that two employees of PRSCA verbally, mentally and physically assaulted 3 mentally challenged adults while in their care between April 2008 and April 2009.
Charged are:
Patrick Labreche, 24 years old of Hawkesbury charged with 3 counts of Assault, Mischief under $5000.00 and Sexual Exploitation.
Dominic Laviolette, 35 years old of Hawkesbury charged with 4 counts of Assault and Sexual Exploitation.
Both individual are to attend court in L’Orignal on June 24th 2009."
