St-Isidore came stronger in the second and Vankleek Hill was able to keep it close. St-Isidore scored 4 goals and Vankleek Hill replied with 3 goals from Olivier Fleurent (2) and Hugues Chevrier to make it 5-5 going into the third. The score remained tied throughout the third until the final four minutes, in which St-Isidore took a 6-5 lead. The Cougars tried to tie it up but it was too late.
