EODP applications open from March 1 to April 9

The Eastern Ontario Development Program (EODP), a series of funding grants that provide support for community economic development projects, will return for its sixth year from March 1 to April 9.

Offered by the Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation, the financial assistance is available to Eastern Ontario small business owners. Applications will be evaluated based on the EODP objectives, namely, if the project develops a skill, a market, or an activity that will create jobs.

The EODP offers 7 components of conditional contributions: skills development, youth retention and attraction, skills development, business development, innovation and technology initiatives, community capacity building, local initiative, and access to capital (loans).
