Hawkesbury Giant Tiger will move into new home on November 5
Giant Tiger will soon be moving into its new home.
The leading family discount store will make the move on November 5, to a location that is only a three-minute walk from its current location.
Store owner Donna Hoffman noted the new store will be located at 227 Regent Street, the former home of Liquidation World, and will feature an additional 6,275 square feet of space, bringing the store's total square footage of retail space to 19,775.
She noted the new store will be more efficient and create a better shopping experience for shoppers.
"We're very excited about our new bigger and better location," Hoffman remarked. "Our customers can expect a more spacious, bright, clean, convenient, and friendly shopping experience in the Giant Tiger they have known and loved for years, plus our famous everyday low prices. When they visit their new store there will be loads of fun for the entire family."
Hoffman noted the new store location will also offer more customer parking and better access to the store.
"Parking and access are challenges for us now," she said. "The new location will provide much better access and will make parking easier for our customers."
The community is invited to come and celebrate the opening of the new store on Saturday, November 5.
There will be balloons, face painting, a clown and tattoos for the kids, as well as free coffee and a charity barbecue. The Giant Tiger himself is expected to make an appearance, so be sure to bring the whole family out for the event.
