Russell County OPP is asking for public assistance in a case of a 48-year-old missing woman from the Embrun area.

Parise Ouellette was reported missing by family members on July 30 from Embrun. She was seen by neighbors on that same day leaving for a walk with her small beige female poodle by the name of Mitsou.

She was seen again in the Long Sault area on July 31, but has not been seen since.

Family members believe she might be on her way to New Brunswick on foot.

Ouellette is described as Caucasian, 5'10" (178 cm), 170 lb (77 kg), medium build, green eyes, with very short white hair. No clothing description is available at this time.

Ouellette requires medication which she did not take with her when she left.

Anyone with information should please contact Constable Joanne Dignard or Constable Nicholas Murray of Russell County OPP at 613-443-4499 or 1-888-310-1122.
