Photo gallery and video: Don Messer Tribute Jubilee

Audiences in Maxville were delighted on October 23, as a concert recreated CBC television’s famous Don Messer Jubilee.

Johnny Forrest, 73, played accordion tunes and sang during the concert.

Local entertainers also played the classic tunes that kept Canadians’ toes tapping, first on radfio and later on CBC television.
