Soundslide: Oktoberfest ist wunderbar!

Oktoberfest, hosted by Beau's All-Natural Brewery, arrived in Vankleek Hill on October 2 and 3 and brought about 5,700 visitors to the town's fairgrounds. Over 150 kegs of beer were sold to raise $26,000 for the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society, United Way, and Canadian Organic Week.

"It's actually now the biggest festival that we do (in terms of beer volume)," acknowledged co-owner Steve Beauchesne, who was present for the opening ceremonies alongside his father Tim and brother Phil.
